“alright, we’re done with this,” henri grumbled as he pushed his way into kellan’s mess of an apartment. he sighed and rolled his eyes. he stormed over to the tightly shut curtains and threw them open, the neon lights of downtown wildemount streaming into kellan’s apartment. “and you really, really shouldn’t be sleeping in a room with windows. you might have a ring, but it’s just a piece of jewelry. it can fall off.” was that a chip clip on the floor next to the curtains? had kellan really chip-clipped the curtains together? god, was he this impossible when he and emery first ended things? yes, yes you were, some voice in the back of his head whispered. all the more reason to help kellan out now, really. “get up. i’m getting you cleaned up.” ( @kellanxmurphy​ )

henri desperately needed to talk to his confidante of hundreds of years. sure, they talked before the party and even during, but so much had happened in between that and now. henri knocked on the door politely once. then his impatience got the best of him, and he started pounding on kellan’s front door with his fist. “kellaaaaan,” he cried, face pressed against the glass as he tried to see past the glare of sunlight and into the home.
