Since he swore off using his powers, Barbatos frequently struggles with decision paralysis. It's stopped being so paralyzing, as he's learned over the centuries to just pick something even if it's not optimal, but he sometimes loses sleep for days over completely inconsequential things.

He's figured out that if he asks MC to pick, though, it alleviates the weird anxiety that would previously hang over him like a cloud, which is why you'll sometimes get texts from him asking you to pick between deserts for today's tea or other such things. He will never mention just how much stress you're saving him, but he hopes his gratitude is shown in his treatment of you.

Solomon 100% bought his gay little star wand at a toy store and made it into a proper magic tool. Everyone at the Sorcerer's Society uses fancy hand-carved, jewel-encrusted wands made of rare woods. His entire thought process was "This is going to be really funny." He was right.

Also, he shows up to places in bad wizard cosplay whenever he can get away with it. He'll go to renaissance festivals in the shittiest, lowest quality star-patterned robes he can. Fakest looking, plastic fiber beard he can find. He does the same if he has to go do things with the Sorcerer's Society, at least as often as he can. They all hate him so, so much.

If MC is dating him and opts to join in one of these ventures, they make a date of finding an appropriately shitty outfit for them too, and then when they actually go to the festival, they might be able to talk him into telling them real facts about history. Granted, take things with a grain of salt. It's still Solomon, and there's a fair chance at least a few of the facts are made up.

Hanging out at Serenity Manor, chillin' in a hot tub. Everyone's visiting, but it's pretty late at night. Someone notices you there, all by your lonesome, but looking content. Strikes up a conversation. You seem sort of off, but it's not too hard to chalk it up to you being sleepy and relaxed... until Levi resurfaces, eyes barely peeking out of the water just in front of you to look up at you for approval. You pat his head a moment before pushing him back under, never once stopping your conversation.

Perhaps you weren't so red in the face because of the warm water after all.

Barbatos: If one of the brothers asks to drink your blood, you must not allow them to. MC: Of course not. Barbatos: Still, you are quite kind. I think it may be best if we practice this scenario. Ahem. MC, I am parched. May I please have some of your blood? MC: -holding out their arm- Of course! Barbatos: ...no. That is incorrect. You're supposed to resist. MC: It's for you though! Not the brothers. Barbatos: ...

If you're ever laying awake at night listening to the little voice in your ear urging you to sneak out and come cuddle him, that's the Devil talking. Specifically Diavolo. He's had a bit too much to drink tonight and he misses you very badly, MC, please come see him as soon as possible.

Me, sedated to the point of minor hallucinations, looking at Barbatos, my most favoritest character: I bet he has blue blood like a horse shoe crab. I bet he's cold blooded and touching his skin is like ice. I bet lying next to him and feeling him slowly lose that chill because of your warmth is delightful for both of you. I bet he has an even more demony demon form with skin that makes it seem kind of like most of his body is a flexible, fluid, smooth gem stone. I bet that form has so many arms and I bet it's eyes don't move so he can twist his head around like an owl might. I bet he'd fight me tooth and nail to avoid letting me take care of him only to like it so so much when he finally allows it to happen. I think he's an amphibian. I wouldn't be surprised if I was somehow in a submarine in the deepest parts of the ocean and I turned the light and found him just standing on the sea floor contemplating something. I want to hold him so tenderly and give him little kisses and feed him sweets I made for him, instead of him making them for everyone else, for once, and break him with the strange and foreign feeling of being so utterly and undeniably adored.
