Yield to the Fall || Anubis&Eros
Continued from (here) with the great @mpanubis

The standoff-ish reply from the other doesn’t dampen the golden-winged god as he stands in the glow of another glorious autumn sunset. The orange-red light shines off the feathers of his wings as he stretches them like one would stretch their arms out. The action draws a yawn from the love god and it crinkles up his whole face before he curls back to regular stance, eyes a bit more awake looking then.
There’s debris in his slightly pinkish hair that he doesn’t seem to notice in the slightest. Eros hadn’t really been fully aware of the arrivals that had come in recently but he had noted them for later in case he encountered them again. Now as he wakes from a nap in the forest of Mount Phoenix he finds himself in the presence of another deity. Rubbing one eye with the heel of his left hand Eros looks the other up and down finally.
Grump. He concludes it solidly but once more seems unthwarted by the assessment. Instead, he lets his wings lift then drop like a little shrug before he speaks again with a warm sort of curiosity.
“Fall not really your thing,” he asks then adds as he peers harder at the other, ”Anubis?”
