So far I’ve actually kind of enjoyed Robin War and I’ve liked the issues of Grayson that featured the Batfam a lot more than other issues of Grayson but

I can’t get past this one moment where Dick is talking about how Batman is on another level and they’ll never be as good as him 

This is controversial probably??? But I disagree. I think Bruce trained every Robin to be better than him. Maybe not so much with Jason (but he did push Jason p hard tbh) but with Dick, Tim, Damian, heck even Cassandra, he’s absolutely training them to not just be better crime-fighters but also be better people. (I’d include Steph but I feel like Steph didn’t spend nearly enough time training with Bruce as she did with Tim and Babs.) Bruce knows his flaws and he does what he can to make sure his Robins don’t have those same flaws???

Plus Tim is canonically a better detective than Bruce. It’s even been hinted that Dick was a better Batman than Bruce (though I could be looking at this from a biased perspective but I know there are people that agree with me). Cassandra was a better fighter than Bruce from the start, and Bruce has literally admitted that Barbara Gordon is the toughest of them all. It’s also been implied over and over again that Damian is going to be a better everything than Bruce so like???

(Also I’m p sure Bruce said something about Steph once but I can’t remember off the top of my head.)

Like recently all this shit has popped up of how the Robins, specifically Dick, isn’t good enough and IT MAKES ME MAD because it doesn’t even make sense for the N52/DCYou since in-continuity Dick has literally proved time and again that he’s as good as Bruce end rant
