Loki is not a fighter. He has gotten into fights occasionally, and at times tried to be more like Thor by brute forcing matters, but the fact is that he’s tiny, scrawny, rather poor with most weapons, and without the magical powers that the previous Loki had. Even with his godly attributes unlocked by the so-called Blessing, he doubts trying to punch the CPNs would actually work.
So running from the half dozen CPNs it is! At least that’s something he’s good at, having gotten quite a bit of experience while trying to outrun Asgardians angry at him for things he didn’t do. He manages to put some distance between him and the CPNs, right up until he runs straight into someone’s chest. “Ack!”
