"tell me, teddy," noh mused as he wandered to the window of teddy’s apartment. “how do you and billy do it? you’re so young, and yet you seem so confident in your continued happiness together. i admire the level of trust and devotion that requires, especially considering the sort of things you’ve already been through.” he paused to turn back and look at teddy. “i’m happy for you both. i am unsure on who i should be giving the so-called shovel talk to, but i assume you’ve both already received them, what with how long you’ve been together.”  noh didn’t have a lot of experience with watching friends in long-term relationships. noh didn’t have a lot of experience with friends, generally. he’d been close to his own crewmates, but obviously that hadn’t lasted once they’d crossed into this world. he hoped he wasn’t doing anything terribly wrong with his young avengers friends. he liked them too much to not worry.

First Impressions || Harry & Teddy || V9 W2 Monday Afternoon

It wasn’t that Harry was worried about meeting Sasha’s family, there was just a terrifying knot at the bottom of his stomach telling him if her sister didn’t like him then they’d never be able to get married or see each other again.. Okay maybe he was a little worried about it. 

Everything Sasha had told him about her twin made her sound great - but Harry could be an idiot and said some stupid things, and he really wanted Theodosia to like him. Mental note: don’t call her Theodosia. 

Wishing he’d convinced Sasha to come with him, Harry awkwardly made his way into the cafe. Just because it was technically wheelchair friendly didn’t mean it was easy. 

To his dismay, Harry quickly spotted Teddy sitting at one of the tables - meaning, despite his best efforts, he was already late. Great first impression, Hal. 

“Hi Teddy, sorry about the time, it’s uh, not always easy getting around in this thing.” He said a little awkwardly, since technically it was true, but not really the right excuse. Scooting up to the table, Harry stuck his hand out towards her and smiled. “But it’s great to finally meet you, Sasha’s told me so much about you!”

Jax dragged his ass out of bed and drove over to Teddy's house, despite the fact that he was dead tired. He just didn't want to give Teddy another reason to be pissed at him. He had a key so, when he arrived, he just let himself in, nodding to one of Teddy's stoned roommates. Quickly, he walked up the stairs to Teddy's room and opened the door, shutting it behind him once he was inside. He took off his shirt and kicked off his shoes then climbed into the bed.

“I'm here... what point did you want to prove?”
