more(?) gunter/corrin sleep headcanons:

he sleeps on the outside of the bed (aka not up against a wall); it's ostensibly so he doesn't wake corrin up every time for a quick leak break.

that said, one time it sure sounded like there was a ninja assassin in the room, and corrin couldn't believe how fast he reached over for the sword by the bedside. realized that his position was also for protections sake - her knight literally shielding her with his body even asleep.

similarily: corrin notices after a few months that he always ends up almost whole-body pressed around her, one arm looped around her chest. she's on the bonier side so his muscle/body bulk feels positively wonderful to sink into in contrast.

she runs a little cold with the dragon blood (reptilian, cold blooded, etc), so him running a little hot works out quite well.

corrin also notices he snores..... quite loudly. very occasionally it can be rough to fall asleep but she thinks it's endearing; it's another sense that's telling her she's not alone.

they both vastly prefer the privacy of (corrin's) private room versus a quick tent on the march when there's no time to warp back to the astral realm. that said there's a certian, ah, thrill, in going at it like rabbits while trying to stay quiet, and it becomes almost a game in itself.
