so , hey. serious post. we just wanted to give a quick , but not too quick update as to what has been going on because we've been putting things off , & vanishing alot more.
first of all: we're really fucking busy. we're finishing up school for this year , & we're transitioning into going into college for the summer. we have to dedicate alot of my time to finishing up that & making sure we dont have to worry about any of that stuff.
second: our mental health has really plummeted. we've been trying to work on myself for awhile , & we struggled to make alot of progress because of bad habits & lack of communication on some parts. we struggled alot , & we still are , but now we're actually receiving proper treatment & focusing on ourselves more to where we notice some change. again , far from better. we've also lost alot of the people we once were close with. some people have really fucking hurt us & we just let go. its a really hard adjustment , & having healthy relationships that dont worsen our mental health & cause more stress is something we're still adjusting to. not to discredit the people in our lives that have been there all along , we struggle & we apologize for that. its not okay , thank you for being patient , but we really need to get better.
& lastly: we've been unmotivated to do alot. after a whole year of college-level classes taking up most of our time - we have basically no motivation to write or to draw. in hindsight , it was a horrible idea to try & start a whole new project (escaping wonderland) when we knew what was coming ahead , especially when we have several fucking other projects just sitting there. we dont want to give up on it , to clarify. we dont want to give up on any of the things we have going - & we certainly dont want to just give up on posting art & shit here.
so , in conclusion , we're going to take a bit of a step back for right now. a break. we need time to finish up what we have & focus on ourselves & other things with the little time we have , & we hope you all understand. we'll still try to post art when we motivation to do it , & we will slowly but surely finish what we promised you all. again , we're so sorry. see you later.
