This one is just so much fun!
I love these short and intense dance workouts: they’re good for leg day or as a warmup any day of the week. Lots of fun, you won’t get sweaty, but you’ll really burn your butt and hips. You can easily use a normal resistance band instead of their specialized ones.
I don’t generally trust short workouts since most of them are just...nothing more than 5 minutes of a full workout – BUT, Zuzka is one person who does not kid around with hers. They are powerful moves to get you sweaty and just a little stronger in very few minutes. This one is very accessible: fun, not tricky, and minimal jumping.
