fun story time: today one of my step-dads friends came to the house to visit but only my step-dad, my mom and myself have met this friend. I had just finished work when he went to the house and both my parents were collecting me so nobody was there to greet him except the kids.
unfortunately, they failed to mention he was coming. now this friend is pretty chill, the type to just help himself in somebodys house- make himself a cup of tea, maybe take some food if there’s something he sees that he wants
on this particular day he decided he wanted to play golf
that is how we got a phonecall from my little sister, near tears, saying “I’m sorry to phone you but a man just came into our garden with his car and started playing golf on our lawn”
