August 15th is a day I can’t forget in my entire second year. August 15th was the day when CAPS! was established, and the day that I became a Sales Manager of this yellow and black company.
From this IBE, I learned how to work, not only study. I learned how to work for my directors, not only for friends. I plant my passion here as a marketing person specially as a Sales Manager. I experienced how I wrestle with the excel data and formulas. I experienced how I made a very-very fail Sales Projection. I experienced how I hardly sell my own products. I experienced how I joined events, decorated the stand and shifting, and didn’t sleep for days.
From this business experience, I learned much from my BOD. How Diby is a very good CEO and I must be like him when I lead someday. How Nandita is a very panicky CMO and I must help in her struggle. How Anggana is a great great great COO, a very patient chief and a very Operating Man. And how Bagus Ananto is a very moody person yet creative and how all the company members could need him. We were moving in the same format from its establishment, until its end. The BOD still like that, and the staffs still like that. How we had found our each passion from the very beginning and hold out till the end. I learned to choose what good and what bad to learn. I’ll keep the good experiences as sweet memories, and learn from the bad then throw it far away.
Thanks to Teteh Tita also. I couldn’t ask for better tutor in my IBE.
Business Plan – Weekly Report – Action Plan – Biweekly Report – Final Report – Lesson Learned Time goes really fast. IBE is one of my big trouble in my life. And ended it, is one little experience that I might can’t forget forever. 9 months. 37 weeks. 257 days. It’s a very long story to tell in only one page.
