hi penrose!!! tbh the episodes blur together sm bc of how episodic they r but i would say.... s17 was my first instinct bc the finale is a lot of fun (barba gets threatened! and then reveals that less severe threats have been ongoing since he put away a couple of cops. which is so fucked but also kind of sexy of him fuck the thin blue line) & i like some of the earlier episodes tho i physically cannot watch transgender bridge i think it will make me throw up.....

umm but i think the season with the best vibes might be s15.... october surprise is prob my fave barba episode bc we learn more abt his past and how he grew up and he has to break off a decades old friendship when he learns the guy he grew up with is a piece of shit. rollins relapses which means that she meets murphy, who is batshit insane and i'm obsesssed with him. he pisses himself while undercover for no justifiable reason. bradley whitford is there.

twelfth night my love yayy

favorite character: sir toby….. he is everything 2 me he is so complex and interesting and underrated and he is also just some guy

second favorite character: viola! also feste maybe. or antonio

least favorite character: UMM i literally don’t think i have one i can sympathize with everyone in this play. including valentine

the character i’m most like: most def violacesario. they have the transmasc swag and we think thru things so similarly

favorite pairing: GOD um. well crucially they’re all a polycule so this is so hard to answer. wlw feste/olivia is so special to me. i Do love cesario/orsino. andrew/toby/maria is real as well. also if i want to make things worse toby/malvolio.

least favorite pairing: sebastian/olivia. the way it happens is very interesting but as a pairing get them out of there

favorite moment: ooh 2.4 where orsino and violacesario have their moment and feste sings a song abt death/grief that makes me crazy. i am all the daughters of my fathers house and all the brothers too!!

rating out of 10: 9.5/10 i go through phases with it but i genuinely think it is such a well constructed and meaningful play

theo i love your tag on the play showdown post (thats my poll hi) because literally half the reason im running it is because i love polls & plays and the other is to get recs for what our spring play is going to be.

YOU ARE SO REAL FOR THAT. omg i didn't realize it was you running it for a sec and now i know i am even more excited..... i love straight plays sm and i am always always looking for more good ones this is such a good idea
