Little perspective thing:
Raina sighed as she leaned against the wall of her home, the grass of the backyard, tickled her bare feet as she sat outside. The clouds drifted lazily overhead and for once in a good while, she let that empty feeling take over her. She felt like she was waiting now no purpose and she knew instinctually if she let herself she could wallow in that feeling forever, and some part of her wanted too. Wanted to let that feeling swallow her whole.
"Raina?" a gently prod of her arm snapped her out of it. The clouds had gathered more, dark oppressive and...is it.. Raining? How did she miss that? How long had she been out here?
"Raina how long have you been out here?! We've been looking for you every where!? Why are you out here in the rain? You'll catch a cold." Kira muttered as she helped Raina stand and Raina could only nod numbly. She was fifteen, soaked to the bone, her hair stuck to the sides of her face and fore head, glasses fogged up.
She had no real answers to what she was doing outside in the pouring rain. Let alone how long she'd been out here.
"Just thinking. Got lost a bit in my mind is all, Sis. No need to worry." Raina decides works best.
