{ STARTER ⥤ @fmdcorey }
It wasn’t the first time that Yaebin had seen him at a distance. And regretfully, she knew that it wouldn’t be the last time either. She wasn’t sure how he had even found out about Fuse’s photoshoot, but she shouldn’t have been surprised. He always somehow knew her next steps, even better than she did herself. It was terrifying that he had her schedule down pact more so than she did. He was always lurking around in the background, never allowing Yaebin to fully be comfortable or let her guard down.
She knew it wasn’t safe to return back to her apartment, not with him possibly trailing her, so she had her driver take a loop or two around the city, effectively losing him in the midst of traffic. Then she had the driver take her back to Gold Star so she could change out of her clothing for the day and remove her makeup, slipping into more comfortable clothes that would hopefully shield her identity better. She took a taxi to Element’s male dorm instead of one of the drivers Gold Star used for their idols, hoping that would make her less traceable by him.
Nearly three hours after her schedule ended, she showed up outside of Element’s dorm, knocking rapidly on the heavy frame. When the door open, she immediately spoke without checking to see who had opened it, her eyes too busy scanning her surroundings. “Hey Sung, I - oh.” She stopped short when she realized it was Corey and not Element member she had been looking for. “Corey-ssi. I was looking for Sung.. is he home? I-” she stopped again when she heard a noise, her head snapping to the side just to see a random stranger exiting their apartment. She breathed. “Can I come in?” There was an underlying tone of urgency in her voice, but she tried not to appear to be too panicked. “Please.” The word was hopeful, almost pleading.
