-stares at you wide-eyed for a moment before fleeing-
It was instant.
There was no denying what he was. The amount of chaos coursing through this mans veins could only be matched by that of her own and in that split second after the accidental bump of shoulders where their eyes had met, she knew he knew who she was.
He was much taller than her. At least a foot. And as his long legs carried him off down the street in his urge to get away from her, she gave chase.
Where she would have laughed and delighted in the sight of one fleeing from her so feverishly, she could not bring forth even a giggle as the confusion racked her brain.
Who was he? What was he?
Who was this man and why did he have the presence only she should have possessed?
Though she tried her best to blend in these past 3 months ( not truly working to her advantage however clad now in a spring dress with bare feet in the dead of winter ), she threw away all efforts in attempt to catch this man.
She had questions and she wanted answers now.
Delving into her control of the environment around her, she targeted a glass display window of a store he had been approaching, her short legs proving difficult to keep up, and promptly shattered it to pieces, the glass spraying in colorful shards illuminated by the sunlight and raining over any passersby, humans crying out in surprise at the sudden burst.
She’d stop him no matter what.
