WHAT FORM WOULD YOUR DAEMON TAKE?

Gin Manadh.

RAPTOR  Your daemon would take the form of a raptor!  Those who have raptor daemons are intellectual and precise,  though unlike other bird daemons they also symbolize active and ambition.  They are logical but confident,  often preferring to work alone in relentless pursuit of their goals.

DARK GYRFALCON  Your daemon would take the form of a gyrfalcon!  You are a calm and confident individual who has enjoys the feeling of completion and success.  More so than others with raptor daemons,  those with gyrfalcons are rational and direct people,  not necessarily unfriendly but adventurous and don't get attached readily.  They are opportunists who are unfazed by circumstances and enjoy have a little bit of unpredictability in their lives.

Ah … Fenris slightly leaned back on his heels,  looking the young elf up and down.  Despite how little Lyrian had given away about his Clan,  it hadn’t been hard to track them down once he knew their names.  

(His ties with the Inquisition’s map maker had turned out profitable after all.)

“Bring me to the head of your Clan.”  he demanded,  not giving the other elf his time of the day.

Gin Manadh

Gin starts off his journey as the Inquisitor with only a bare minimum of memories and assumes this to be because of the conclave explosion.  This is partially true,  but it is later revealed that Lillith has had much to do with keeping the rest of his memories locked away as well.

Both memory blockades are lifted after his time spent in the Fade during the  ‘Here Lies the Abyss’  questline,  making him able to slowly regain his memories with time.

It’s a painful process because he finds out a lot of things he would have rather not known,  and his relationship with Lillith has never been the same.

Lillith Lavellan

Despite being an overall pretty charming guy,  and having a positive and friendly attitude towards people,  Lillith is objectively a pretty awful person.

To list a few things  (that are known)  that he has done within the Inquisition timeline,  he has:

helped the Sabrae Clan cross the Waking Sea to the Free Marches  (which is good)  but also urged them to camp out on Sundermouth  (despite knowing about its fearsome reputation)

got very attached to Gin as soon as he became part of the Lavellan Clan  (which was when he was still 14 years old)  and while Lillith did not  (and would never)  cross any romantic or sexual line until Gin was of appropriate age,  that could still be considered grooming

there’s also this situation where Cassandra finds out about what happened at Theirinfall Redoubt,  so Lillith digs into her past for ways to blackmail her and ends up finding out about Avexis.  So he takes Avexis away from the safety of her safe hidingplace and gets her shipped over to Haven to use her against Cassandra.  And then the attack on Haven happens and now no - one knows if she’s even still alive or not.

Seriously,  I love Lillith,  but at the same time ... fuck Lillith.

Varsi Tabris

I’m going to copy - paste a part from my fanfic’s canon timeline,  and give some clarification.

Upon arriving in the alienage,  there is chaos and three young elves are threatened to be arrested.  When Duncan steps in to conscript only Haven Tabris,  Sannin insists on conscripting her half - brother Varsi as well.

So in my  ‘canon’  Haven Tabris would be who would be considered the actual City Elf Warden,  while Varsi is her older half - brother.  (He is Adaia’s first child,  having another father than Haven.)

Varsi only became a part of the whole fight because his sister,  niece,  and nephew got abducted by some Human Nobles and he wasn’t going to let them get hurt.

He has this huge sense of justice and is a rebel at heart,  but he is also very laid - back and knows how to defusing high - tension,  because he’s always had to keep his feisty sister out of trouble.  And because Varsi doesn’t often show the passion he feels,  people often misread him as being bored or uncaring.
