Jer tries on the first pair of glasses he sees and turns toward the other with a smirk. “How do they look?” He asks, gesturing to his face. He wasn’t necessarily going to buy them, but he did enjoy browsing from time to time.

He’d been ready for a huge beach blowout for what seemed like too long. It wasn’t that summer was his favorite season, per say, but he enjoyed summer activities the most. Swimming, rowing, going on long walks, and playing music around a bonfire, especially. As they made their way down to the beach, he turns to her with a wide-eyed grin. “I should warn you... If we swim, I’m known to be a bit of a splasher,” he chuckles softly. He wondered for a moment if she’d even brought her bathing suit, probably not. Most of the events were taking place on the water, maybe she’d rather go racing, in which case he wouldn’t know what to do. But he figured, what was the worst that could happen? They get on the boats and tragically lose, probably.

“ That thing’s not haunted is it? Cause it look’s pretty fucking haunted to me. “ Coraline asked, her gaze was glued to an old rag doll that was probably older then she was. Dolls had always creeped the girl out and the soulless button eyes that stared back at her certainly didn’t help. “ I’m not going to get cursed just from picking the thing up am I? “ she questioned in a somewhat joking manner.
