thinking about the relationship baran and trinity could have in s3. baran actually taking the langdon shit seriously, refusing to let him further endanger their seizure patients or patients in alcohol withdrawal. putting in measures to ensure trinity and langdon don't have to work together. trinity feeling utterly grateful, but unsure of how to act, a nervous dog trying not to bite the hand.

thinking about trinity relaxing around baran, eventually, feeling comfortable enough to shoot the shit with her. a few months in, trinity even starts joke-flirting with her. baran is unsure of how to react to this. is trinity genuinely interested in her? is it serious enough to be an hr issue? she works herself into such a tizzy that eventually she blurts out: 'do you want to go out with me?' and trinity just says 'i thought you'd never ask. meet me outside after shift?'

she walks off, and baran stands in the corridor, flushed. maybe she's not as unaffected as she thought. maybe she's been thinking so hard about whether trinity likes her or not that she hasn't actually considered whether she likes trinity. which... maybe she does. uh oh.
