Vacation Hiatus from June 8th until June 16th

Yes, folks, you read that right. I'll be going on vacation in less than a week--these things always, always sneak up on me.

Which explains why I didn't have time to make a banner, even though I found a good image for one.

Maybe next year?

Anyway, I'll be taking my laptop with me, but I'm not sure if I'll be on or not. If I am, I'll simply be adding things to the queue.

Unfortunately, I'll have to let Mellie's queue run out, but it's the first time I've done so.

Now, lastly, where are we heading this year, you ask?

We'll be staying a day and night in Chicago, then we'll be heading to upper Michigan. No idea what we'll be seeing/doing from there. Apparently, we'll figure it out as we go.

Hey all, so uh yeah it has once again been a good minute and I’m sorry about that. To try and make a long story as short as I can, basically I started school again, a hurricane came right through the state of Louisiana which meant that I had to evacuate for two weeks, that threw school right off meaning like every week I had some project or test due, I started looking for a job and eventually started working for my mom after I was continuously turned down definitely not cause I’m trans lmao, and on top of all that I started playing Destiny 2 heavily which ranks up there with some of the worst decisions I’ve ever made such as moving to this shithole state and putting of transitioning for 5 years. Fortunately though school has ended and with my free time I’ve actually began writing again.

As for what I’ve been writing, that’ll take a bit to explain. Basically since the inception of this blog it has been a Dark Souls RP blog, one where I have twisted and broken every single bone in Dark Souls’ body to fit my writing desires and wishes. However for a while now I’ve wanted to take my characters and give them their own universe separate from any established IP and as of late I’ve done just that. The world I have developed is a cyberpunk/high fantasy world sort of similar to Shadowrun but obviously different, it is cyberpunk mixed with magic and elves and dwarves and orcs but I have tried to make it my own with it’s own unique history and themes and yadda yadda yadda.

I will probably extrapolate on the world and the differences between the characters later when I’m not so tired and worn out but I can offer you this thingy I made for Jack because of a twitter meme as like a teaser I guess :)

Also for those of you who are very interested I have written a fair amount of story shit already but it’s very WIP and unfinished but if you want to read what I have so far you can DM me and I’ll send the google doc link. I’ll post it proper once it’s finished. Also I’ll probably get around to editing the blog completely at some point so yeah. <3

( So I tried the dreamselfme thing with Cheshire. Don’t know why I didn’t try it sooner but it doesn’t matter. I ended up with something pretty damn cool. Now I’ve got something that differs him from his uncle. Who is the legendary Cheshire cat. The only thing I couldn’t put in here was my Cheshire’s tail, but that’s alright. Everyone knows he’s got one. And it’ll make a great icon. Also the furry thing I found here, I think it could be a different color considering Chez’s personality. Oh and the gloves would be black and pink striped. Not all black like it is here. I’m also thinking the boots could have pink paw prints on them.)

FINALLY got Mellie's queue filled and this time it was entirely my fault. As I kept getting distracted by The Si.ms Medie.val--for those that I didn't already tell on Discord about. Yes, there is a medi.eval version of the sims for those that don't know.

Which hell or high water, I was DETERMINED to get working again.

Which who could blame me when I made our girl 🥺

Anywho, for anyone that doesn't know the drill at this point, Melvin's queue has been turned off and Mell's will start posting tomorrow morning.

For now though, I'm off to play more of the Sims Med.ieval
