Disoriented didn’t describe how they felt as they came to. It felt like they should be home, but the space around them was void of anything that their lair contained to make it home. Just sewer. Something about everything felt off, but they couldn’t quite remember what had happened beforehand that lead them to now. It also didn’t take long to realize that Mikey was out of sorts. He wasn’t physically injured, but he was definitely drained, and they didn’t have anything to help him besides what was already on them. Eventually, agreeing on Raph staying with Mikey, Leo and Donnie made their way toward the surface. Pushing up a manhole cover, Leo climbed out and looked around as Donnie followed him out and put the cover back in its place.
Stepping out of the alleyway, it was quickly apparent why things had seemed off. Those walking around what appeared to be a marketplace were certainly not human, but not Yokai either.
Leo chuckled. “You can always bake for me babe.” He moved to kiss his cheek before moving to fix himself a plate.
“I know.” He chuckled. “I do bake for you.”
Scarlet walked inside with a smile and moved to fix herself a plate. “They are so cute, Oliver.”
Leo chuckled and kissed his cheek again. “I know. And I love it.”
Oliver looked to her and smiled. “Thanks.” He laughed. “They get away with too much with those cute faces.”
Klarion smiled.
Scarlet chuckled and sat down next to Teekl.
Leo leaned back against the counter while he started to eat with a smile.
Klarion looked up to him.

“Awesome.” Kori walked over to sit down to eat.
“Aren’t they great.” Mikey looked to Leo with a grin before following them to the table.
Leo chuckled. “That boy is head over heels for them.”
“I’ll say.” Donnie chuckled and moved to sit next to Oliver.
Klarion smiled and looked up to Leo.
Teekl walked to the fridge and pulled it out to grab a drink, pausing. “Oh, you made Turkish delight? Nice.” He moved to grab the plate causing Klarion to chuckle.
“Save some for the rest of us.” Leo laughed as he looked to Teekl.
Klarion smiled. “There’s three flavors there. There’s also a cake in there but I’m not taking that out yet. It needs to chill.”
“You really went all out.” Raph smiled as he took a bite.
“He would of done a lot more had I not suggested everyone bring something.” Leo chuckled.
Klarion shrugged. “It gave me an excuse to bake.”

“Oh yeah. For sure.” Leo chuckled. “Scarlet staying outside with the kids?” He asked with a smile.
Oliver laughed then looked over to Mikey, his ears perking. “You eat the meat substitutes?”
Mikey paused and looked to him. “Uh, well… yeah. It’s not actually meat.” He smiled a little. “I like cooking and food. So I like trying different kinds of things.”
Oliver stared at him before shrugging. “I guess that makes sense. Growing up with carnivores and all.” He looked to Teekl. “Are the boys being good out there?”
“I like that you like all kinds of food.” Kori kissed his cheek before looking to the table. “Can we use the table?” They asked.
“Yeah you can use the table.” Klarion smiled.
Teekl nodded and grabbed a plate. “Yeah, I’m sure she’ll be in to eat soon though. And yes, they’re great.”

“Oh, is that chicken of the woods?” Mikey asked with a smile.
Oliver’s ears perked as he looked to her. “No kidding? A chipmunk?” He smiled a little. “He’s real good with small animals then huh? It’s nice to see that. A lot has changed since we were kids.” He looked back outside again with a smile.
“Yeah it is.” He smiled. “I found some fresh at the store the other day.” Klarion smiled.
“Yeah.” She smiled. “The first time she came over was nerve wracking for us and her parents though.” She chuckled. “Understandably for them. He was really good about keeping her safe though.”
Mikey grinned and grabbed a plate. “I’m gonna need some of that.”
Leo chuckled and looked to Klarion before moving to kiss his cheek.
Raph moved around to grab himself a plate to, Sasori laughing.
“Well, it definitely helps with you being domestic cats and all.” Oliver chuckled then paused and rubbed the back of his neck. “I didn’t mean that in a bad way. I just meant…”
Klarion smiled.
Scandal moved to make herself a plate.
“Oh, it’s fine.” She chuckled.
“Looks like Scarlet hit it off with the kids.” Sasori chuckled.
“Yeah. She did.” Leo chuckled. “That’s pretty awesome.”
Oliver chuckled and smiled. “Ok. I don’t want to come off as rude or anything. I actually haven’t spent too much time with carnivores outside of public spaces. When Donnie and I started talking I didn’t know he was one.”
“My bad.” Donnie started to slip away to go grab a plate.
“I have the feeling kittens are in their future.” Klarion chuckled.
Teekl had started to head inside.
“We’re a pretty hard group to offend.” She chuckled. “You don’t have to worry.”

Sasori leaned back against Raph, listening to everyone with a smile. Raph chuckled and looked down to him.

“Psycho. Yes at times. Killer. Only if you mess with his favorite pizza place.” Leo laughed.
“Both of my kids are a little on the quiet side around strangers. Ty isn’t talking too much yet. I’m getting worried. Noah gets better once he is comfortable.” Oliver rested his chin in his hand.
Donnie smiled a little. “I’m willing to help.”
“Babe, I think you might have too high of expectations.” Oliver chuckled.

Liana smiled. “Some kids are just quiet. But if you’re worried it’s never a bad thing to have it checked out.”
Leo laughed and kissed his cheek.
“Are you into true crime?” Kori asked with a smile.
“I’m considering it. I want to give him a little more time and work with him a little more first.” Oliver smiled a little.
“Very.” He smiled.
Liana looked out the window to Scarlet who had sat on the ground with the kids. “Scandal and I were a little worried about Ian, but turns out we were just used to Dylan being super chatty and rambunctious.”

Mikey laughed. “I’m only crazy about you.” He kissed their cheek.
