ㅤIt was a secret to no one who knew him, that this one deity was a lover of the best things that both the immortal and mortal realms had to offer and, in particular, an enthusiast of all things that ensnared the senses in one way or the other. Therefore, small wonder that, to match those wonderful treats that Atieno had brought to share, Tsukuyomi had pulled out of his cupboards a large flagon of sake so ancient and so meticulously brewed that it, alone, was worth more than most human castles ever built. Small wonder, either, that this same deity had also never been known for temperance or moderation — pouring cup after cup after cup without a care in the world/universe, as he caught up with the news that his dear friend brought and talked a bit about everything; from the next harvests on Earth to the cycles of the Moon, from gossip about underwater matters to the most recent star that had exploded.
ㅤAt some point, so lulled by the enchanting conversation and the sheer delight that was his friend's company, Tsukuyomi rested his head on Ati's shoulder and snuggled into them with a happy noise, almost the purr of a cat. It helped to steady him a little, considering the room already felt as though it was softly swaying under and around him, but mostly it was just a pretext for more affection.
ㅤ«Ah... Truly this one's crowning achievement, my darling friend, to have you come over and brighten my days with your presence!»
