"Oh, Zora! What a pleasure it is to see you." Gloved hands are on his hips as he approaches. The mess behind him had gotten a few onlookers but he didn't pay them much attention so long as they eventually moved on. A few other workers were attempting to clean up what they could.

"Before you think, I didn't cause that." A hand gestured behind himself. "I've just been hired to help clean it up. You caught me right before I was about to unveil an invention just for this job! Would you like to see it in action?"

"Well, I don't want to alarm you but..." His ears droop ever so slightly as he comes to confess. "...I lost my grip while flying and one of my mutagens might have fallen into a mole's burrow and...mutated it." A sheepish grin is given as he rings his gloved hands together.

"Attempting the 'I am your creator' route didn't really work. Unfortunately, I think it might've been my enlarging mutagen rather than the intelligence booster. Do you think you could help me pacify it? Or at the very least keep it still enough for me to hit with said intelligence booster?"

"Indeed!" He couldn't help but turn back and look at the burning building. It's not the first time he's seen one nor will it be the last. "I hope everyone else made it out alright." Pointed ears perked up ever so slightly.

"I thought their names were gastropod molluscs." Where did the Triton part come from? Bah. Now was not the time to focus on that. "Gregnar! Most tend to call me Greg though. What in the world is going on here?" Something had clearly gone down but the alien scientist had only step foot well after the incident had already begun.

"I'm so sorry I hit you! My little creations were distracting me!" Gloved hands are to his hips as he takes a moment to glare at a pair of noisy experiments, now both in the corner of the flying saucer in shame. They get the time-out corner for a little while.

"Can I get you an ice pack? Rejuvenating formula perhaps?"

Fingers tap against his cheek as he stares at the toaster that's been taken apart. Most don't seem to pay much attention to him and if they do, they'd rather not get close. The scientist sighs as he just continues to stare. Curse this creative rut that he finds himself in!

He's been staring at these rows of buyable plushies for quite some time now. Greg wanted to get his gellies a little something but at the same time he couldn't overspend. The deccaton scientist only had so much money on hand.

"Why do they have to make buying things so mentally taxing?"

Oh, what's that landing on the beach? Looks to be a flying saucer made out of spare parts and junk. The bottom opens up and soon enough the green scientist emerges. His gaze is upon a data pad before looking up and towards the nearby town. A gloved hand scratches at his forehead in confusion before spotting someone.

"Excuse me, have you seen a rather large metallic orb? Made from various different kinds of metals and promoting my help services?"

"Cosplay?" Pointed ears went up before the alien scientist slowly nodded his head. "Yes. That's what I am! I'm certainly not an alien seeking to understand this primitive but fascinating planet. I am what you would call a cosplay!" What in the world was a cosplay?!

"Now then, if you wouldn't mind showing me the way to your common earthnoid pet shop for not genetic material collection then I would be quite thankful. That makes sense, right?"
