impawsiblegar replied to your post:"Big brother, be nice to Gar, I’m sure he didn’t...
"Definitely meant it. The dude’s a kill joy."
"No, he isn't! Jaime's great. The idea of just... Making people run forever's... Already happened. Or will."
"Big brother, be nice to Gar, I'm sure he didn't mean it."
Bart Allen had grown up in an awful rare position in the Twenty-Fifth Century: the only known heir--not quite son--of Lord Zoom, and more or less, extremely, extremely sheltered. Bart had really only been outside a small handfuls of time in his life, and the last time the fifteen year old had been allowed out, it'd been disastrous.
However, that had never stopped Bart from sneaking and exploring around the entire palace--especially the throne room. Bart loved exploring the place, with his eyes wide open for adventure. But today was the day that changed, forever. He had found an open side panel, and had opened it up, and that had been the moment the kid's life changed forever.
Bart had found Barry Allen. He had been running on some sort of machine--Bart didn't know what it was, or how to describe it--and as Bart's bare feet moved him across, and he had touched the glass, a few things happened. The first had been that Barry noticed him, and the second had been Lord Zoom had found him.
So Bart Allen had ran. He knew he was being chased, but just barely stayed a step ahead of Lord Zoom, and had found some devices as he locked himself into an impenetrable safe. However, Bart had found some devices, and started trying to turn them on, hoping they'd do something, anything. Anything to get help.
And then Bart Allen found himself falling backwards through time, just out of reach, and he stopped, more-or-less running into someone.
"OhgoshI'msorry," Bart began, wishing he had his shoes on--but it appeared to be a bare-toed thin-clothes kind of day for him, and Bart swallowed nervously, plunging into conversation.
