Claire crossed her arms a bit and looked warily at Leon. “… I can’t. If I do that, he’ll know where I am and I’m not letting him see me like this.”
Claire didn't want to be found, that was something Leon could understand himself since he hid even from the DOS once in a while. Perhaps more often than he would like to admit in the first place, it was better than getting stuck doing boring paperwork through so there was an up side to that matter.
"You don't have to tell him just where you are, Claire Chris is your brother you should at lest let him know you're alive and not dead as he's been believing." This coming from a guy who has never told his family about his own whereabouts and not to mention alive or dead, ever since the Raccoon city incident there hasn't even been a small attempt at making contact.
