"Look, it's the piece of shit bitch. Hi, bitch!" She waved innocently, moving to grab her gun from behind herself. "It's time for you to go, bye bitch!"
@the-forced-heroes asked: “Do you know what a gunshot wound feels like?” - Hero to Dianne
50 Angsty Questions Prompt List
“I- . . .” She knew he was just kidding around to keep the stress of the situation down as much as possible, but soon enough, she put a hand on his, gently gripping it. “Please, don’t talk about things like that. I know it’s stressful right now, but, please. . .”
The thought of him being shot like that, she didn’t want to imagine it-
Eyes going wide, she took a sharp breath, leaning up against him. She didn’t want to go into a panic, she really didn’t. . . She needed to calm down. . .
@the-forced-heroes asked: "Good... Is subjective, little demon. As for what I'm doing? I was simply searching, searching for what was calling me here, though it might also be his plan for me to get rid of you that brought me here." With that, Hero began to open fire upon Chara, shots popping off as rapidly as the pistols would allow, but it clearly wasn't as fast as Mustang and Sally were.
Unprompted Chaos
Thanks, she hates it-
If this had been Mustang and Sally, she wouldn’t have been able to dodge all the bullets. But, they weren’t and if anything, they sucked, so she could easily dodge them all. Keeping her gaze on the other the entire time, she couldn’t help but squint a little. “What, gonna kill your old teammate? Once more, you’re gonna kill your fiancee? I didn’t take you as the type, I thought Vogrands had more human dignity than that.”
She knew she was pushing it, but that was the intention.
Within the custom verse regarding my OCs, there are laws that could be considered different from canon Persona games. This post will be describing some differences.
Persona Activation
The method of activating a Persona is by the Persona 3 method of using a device that is similar to an Evoker. The weapon looks like the the Demon Twin Guns that Death the Kid has from the series Soul Eater, and is known as The Casualty.
As long as the shot given into a person could be considered a killing blow, it will allow the Persona inside a person to release. In the case of Fools, the persona desired mentally will be released, no altering of the gun required. In the case of the Fool being able to hold additional persona, a larger magazine will appear on the weapon, as if there are additional bullets.
The reasoning for a similar method to the Evoker is also akin to the reasoning given within the Persona 3 game. It is meant to represent that death isn’t something that is feared within those that use persona, and that they are willing to give their lives to the cause if need be.
The Casualties are considered physical objects, and can be used as regular pistols within real life, acting as an actual gun. If damaged, they will repair themselves once taken into the other world. If dystroyed, a new one will appear in the holster of the person’s whose was broken.
Other forms of activating persona within the other games work, and the items will gain a physical form once used even a single time in the other world. Much like the Casualties, if damaged, the items will reform and if broken they will appear once again to the user.
Transportation
The way that one can move from reality to the other world varies. One way is akin to Persona 5, and app known as The Nav. This is the way that those with cellphones are able to reach the other world. This app is known as WayFinder, and the icon looks as below:
The app uses a variation of blues and purples as an aesthetic, along with black and white in text depending on the section. There are a total of four sections within the app: Search, History, Transport, and Messages.
Search acts similarly to how The Nav searches for Palaces. It requires a full name, which could either be the true name or how the person really sees themselves, a location, weither it be an address, general area, or an even larger area, and how the person views that area. This is constantly active, and at times tends to overhear conversations it shouldn’t. It’s proven to be an annoyance and thus why those with WayFinder tend to make sure their mics can’t pick up voices wither it be with a phone case or otherwise. Another issue with the search function is that once all the words are confirmed, the user is automatically transported into the area.
History is where previous searches can be found. Depending on the status of the search, it will have different status’s, such as Words Needed, Active, Pending, and Completed. Words Needed means that words are still required to enter. Active means that it is where the user has most recently been. Pending are other areas that have all the words needed, but haven’t been entered or if they have, it isn’t the most recently attended to location. And Completed are areas that have been completed, by the user or otherwise.
Transport has two sections, both taking the user to different parts of the other world. The first one is known as Cryptia, which is explained in a separate section. With the tap of a button, along with a confirmation, this is where the user will head to. The second section uses the History section, and upon selection and confirmation, will take the user to the selected area.
Messages is akin to a messaging app within Wayfinder. Any other person who has the app can be contacted as long as the users know one another’s names. This can be used for both private messaging as well as group chats. Images and videos can be sent, whom is online and offline can be seen, and there is an option to show a user’s location.
The second way would be randomly being thrown into Cryptia. This happens at complete random in regards to time and place when this happens. Little can be done to prevent this and once this happens, should this be the first time someone enters the other world, the Wayfinder app is added to the user’s phone, should they have one. And if they don’t, the app is added as soon as they gain a cellular device.
The third way is when the person is asleep and dreaming. This only tends to happen to the Fool, however, it could happen to others in very particular circumstances.
@the-forced-heroes asked: As Chara was watching Hero from her hiding place, she'd notice that he was checking different spots around that hideout for something. Just what he was looking for was uncertain, but it was something. However, the more she watched, the more she'd notice him tensing up, as if he were aware that someone was there. And his hands were itching their way towards those horrible pistols...
Unprompted Chaos
The way he was looking about the area unnerved her, and made her feel more uncomfortable the longer it seemed to occur. This didn’t feel right by any means, not after they he and his brother disappeared back then, and they had clearly been evidence that they had been tampered with in some form. Out of instinct, she had long been pulling out Cataclysm as a form of self-defense. Even if it was far from legal...
But no matter to that, she had went into hiding, crawling up one of the nearby trees and expertly jumping from oversized plant to oversized plant without a sound. She needed to see what he was looking for, to see what he was planning. If he somehow thought they would be there- which wouldn’t be surprising, that was their hideout at the time of their disappearance-, then she needed to see if he had any malicious intentions. If so, then there was an issue. If not, well... Then maybe they had their little Hero back.
Her attention was latched onto Hero, Cataclysm pointed his way if at any point he noticed where exactly she moved to and made any moves. Just watch, move, watch, move...
Dianne supposed she was lucky to have gotten away like that, especially when they were being shot at, but that didn’t make the plunge into the river any more comfortable. And considering that her swimming ability was next to none, she knew she was extremely lucky to make it through the current in such wear.
Marie was also in the water, helping her where she could. But she made sure the first priority was that Marie herself was okay. And once she was out of the water’s sight, was when she allowed herself to start to attempt to go up for air. It felt like forever until Marie managed to get them both to the side of the water... But Arceus she was grateful that they made it.
Kneeling against the white and blue pokemon by her side, she allowed herself time to regain her composure. The female coughed, feeling water attempt to leave her lungs. To be able to breathe and get any water that managed its way back out of her body.
“Ma... Rie...” Dia wheezed, slowly moving back from her kneeling position and laying down on her back, all the while taking a bag off her back. “The bag...”
Marie nodded, going over to the bag that was in front of the female and opening it. The set of Pokeballs that were inside were shaking, however, they seemed to be intact. “Azumarill.”
“Good... Good...” She smiled in relief, tilting her head to the side as she allowed herself to relax. “We’re safe for a while...”
She knew it was nothing but a dream. A wonderful, wonderful dream of hers. To be able to live happily without worry, to be able to not have a care in the world, for once. Compared to her stressful, everyday life, where she worried about what was going to come next, and to hide her internal downfall, the little time she slept had to have been the best time for her.
It was rare for her to not constantly have bad nightmares when she slept, which was what made this all seem so strange to her. The idea of actually being able to confess to someone she cared deeply for, someone like them. And for her feelings to be returned. That in itself was a dream she knew wasn’t about to happen. If not for her inability to want to ruin and friendship that exists, then the idea of them being chased after by such cruel people for daring to get close to her. And especially for that precious child. She didn’t want her to suffer anywhere near what she had to go through as a young girl. But this, this was exactly what she had wanted, and desired her entire life. The days of fairy tales her father would tell. That happily ever after that she craved so much in relation to romance and a family.
Dianne also felt so light, all the worries off her shoulders that tended to feel like it would break her to insanity. As if she wasn’t ill at all. Moving around would feel so casual, like when she was young before things went to complete hell. The simple fact that she felt purer than she had felt most of her life would be something she would expect to never happen, even in a dream. But here she was...
It was af if it was a normal day. A set of events happening. Waking up, making breakfast for those two. The child going to school and her loved one going to work, leaving her alone. Making herself and the pokemon there food for lunch, with a bit of casual research and reading in between. A walk after lunch to help digest the food. Never had she thought she would feel comfortable enough to take a walk without one of her pokemon...
But maybe that was a mistake, after all. Everything suddenly felt heavy again, as she was grabbed from the side, and hit hard enough on the head to be out like a light. The amount of sudden fear and anguish felt unnatural. As if she never experienced any sort of thing to deserve that fear.
And when she woke, she was unable to do much. She couldn’t talk, and she knew she was unable to move. But she could only feel fear, horror, at whom was there with her. Both of them, similar to a situation to herself, and another, one she almost needed a moment to realize who it was.
Her father...
Something that was impossible, as he had died during that cave-in when she was not even old enough to go out on her own. But here she was, and she was trembling at the thought. All three of those she cared about, before her, and she had no idea of their fates. Then another, and a familiar face came into play. Her mother, that horrid beast.
One by one, she had gone around, going to each one and proceeding to just... Kill them. Each in a different way, but she was far too petrified to even keep track of who got what kind of death. But then it got to her, and her entire body was shaking, tears going down her face as she realized just what kind of fate she was about to go through-
BANG!
She sat up out of bed, feeling her mouth remain open, but she was far too preoccupied to realize that she was screaming. Her eyes open but pinpoints, trying to simply get herself to stop. It had taken Beauti slapping her to snap out of the scream fest, but all she felt she could do was slowly put a hand up to her cheek, shivering heavily. She couldn’t even hear the connection with her Gardevoir. All she could think about was the idea of if they were ok.
As if a switch flipped, she quickly scrambled over to her nightstand, grabbing her phone. They had to be ok, they had to be, right?! They can’t be gone, they don’t deserve a fate like that!
And, quite frankly, if there was a world where things were perfect like that, with her father alive and her being happy like that, it wouldn’t end in such a terrible way.
