There was a meow and suddenly a Purrloin was above the girl, staring down at her. After that, there was the sound of hurried footsteps.
âAre you all right?â Keeping his distance, N asked the question rather awkwardly. Heâd witnessed the girl crawling out of the river and he couldnât tell if she was injured or not, but he wanted to help in someway.
Heâd been afraid for a moment that he was going to witness a deathâhe hadnât been sure what he would do, if that were the case. Should he have called someone? He wouldnât know who to call. He knew no one around here, and the nearest pokemon center was miles away. He tended to stay away from public places after all.
âIâŚcan have Reshiram carry youâŚif you need to go to the pokemon centerâŚâ
Dianne found herself surprised at the sight of a Purrloin. If anything, she had almost prepared herself to have to avoid some attack, in case it had either been a wild Pokemon or one from one of... Them. The footsteps also worried her, but the way that the voice she heard spoke, it instantly reassured her that this wasnât someone who was looking for her.
Still up against the Water Pokemon beside her, she managed to turn to look at the male. Her hair covered her sight a bit, but she could see all she needed to know. Keeping that gentle smile on her face, she gently shook her head. âN-no... Itâs alright...â
As far as she knew, she hadnât gotten hit, and Marie looked okay as well. Looking up at her friend, Dianne finally moved off her. âAre you alright, Marie?â
âMarrrril.â âIâm fine.â
âIâm glad...â A sigh of relief escaped her lips, before she looked at the male, moving her hair from her face. âMy apologies for causing any concern, but weâre ok. It likely wonât be the last time we end up like this.â
