I haþ acquired þe icelandic keyboard!!! Þis is great!!! I will be typing solely uding þorn (þ) now.
Þey even have ð/Ð and æ/Æ and ö/Ö!! Þis is fantadtic.
I am wondering if I should use þe english phonetic alphabet in order to accurately ude ð and þ, since in the epa þey boþ make þe 'th' sound just slightly differently. Wiþ ð being used for þe softer 'th's and þ for þe harder ones, such as 'the' becoming þe and 'this' becoming ðis.
However, I am not sure how þese would be pronounced in icelanding, merely what þey symbolise in þe epa.
I underestimated how nice it is to have þorn lying around. It's such a useful letter
finally made myself sleepy daydreaming
i’m glad i called out tomorrow
6'3" tgirl in the 1600s call that a heighþon
I'm going to start using the letter "þorn" in casual conversation, because every time I need to make the "þ" sound it reduces þe number of characters by one.
To any þorn users: you can also use θ or capitalized Θ. Also, it isn't "þis" or "þat" it's "ðis" or "ðat".
