Ingredients
400 grams of petit beurre biscuits
1 glass of milk
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar
4 spoons of cocoa powder
3 spoons of butter
clean plastic bag, for shaping the cake
(optional) nuts
Method
Break all of the biscuits into small pieces and put aside, you may ask for kids' help for breaking them with their fingers. The pieces should not be so small.
Melt the butter in a saucepan, put all the ingredients into the melted butter and whisk.
Take the chocolate mixture to a large mixing bowl, add the biscuits. You may also add hazelnuts or walnuts if you like.
Mix gently with a wooden spoon. Roll all the biscuit pieces into the chocolate mix.
Shape the cake with the help of baton cake pan and wrapping paper or plastic bags. Line your pan with the plastic sheet. Then, fill the pan over the plastic with the mixture and pack down tightly with the back of the spoon. Once all the mixture has been packed, smooth the top of it, and then close the edges of the plastic over the top.
Refrigerate the cake at least for 3 hours before serving.
Unwrap the plastic from one end and slice it for serving. You may close the plastic bag again and keep the rest of the cake in the refrigerator for several days.
