It was a little surprising seeing the Champion roaming around without a care in the world. Maybe he had just spent too much time in Galar recently and got too used to how their Champions tended to be treated more like celebrities than people.

Ah... The weird one... what was his name again? Well, they were distant business partners through their respective bosses so he should probably be polite and at least say hello.

Even if the guy kind of made him feel like he was statically charged.

"Excuse me, miss." It was a miracle that Amethio was able to keep his irritation out of his voice and off his face. "Could you spare me a moment of your time?"

"Could you possibly direct me to the Spikemuth library?"

Like hell he was going to even breathe the reason he was asking because he felt stupid just thinking about it.

Lord Gibeon had to be messing with him. Vampires? Really? Ridiculous. It was probably some sort of punishment or test honestly; was he just mad that Amethio hadn't gotten the pendant yet? He certainly wasn't going to get any closer to it by chasing myths in Galar, and he already knew Spinel and the others were probably laughing at him.

Who was this person and why did they make him feel like he was in over his head? Weird. Uncomfortable. A little nauseating actually. Maybe if he didn't look at them too long they'd gloss right over him.

Ah. So this was Sakaki - Giovanni, whichever, he knew him by both via reputation. Though, he'd never seen him in person before. It made him nervous; wasn't a visit from the head of an organization a sign that you were on their bad side? It made his stomach hurt a little actually.

Oh great, it was this girl. Onia liked watching her, and she seemed to be friendly with the brats. He supposed it was always a risk when entering Paldea that he'd run into someone he recognized. The real hope was that she wouldn't have any idea as to who he was.

If he didn't make eye contact, he was probably safe.

He wasn't much of a fan of Spikemuth, but with his train to Wyndon delayed, it wasn't like he had much of a choice. But... he could at least find some entertainment by watching some Gym Battles, though that would involve being able to find said Gym.

Approaching someone who seemed a bit less likely to take any chances with Amethio's Ceruledge at his side, he cleared his throat.

"Excuse me, pardon my interruption, but I'm looking for the Gym. However, my Rotom seems to be directing me to an empty lot. Has the Gym moved?"
