Tutorial: GIFs to RP Icons (GIMP)
Everyone’s wondered it at some point: How do I turn animated GIFs into RP icons? Maybe you have a border you want to put on it that you’re not sure how to. Maybe you have a particular color scheme you edit onto your icons that’s harder to do with animations. Either way, this tutorial will show you how to do it!
Keep in mind, this is for GIMP. GIMP is free to download, but make sure your computer has the room for it!

If I don’t know where to put right accents in conversation (and it turns into random), will I sound ridiculous then?
I’m sorry to say this, but yes. Or rather than funny, it can become incomprehensible – there are words in Lithuanian that have different meaning based on how you pronounce them.
Easiest way of learning what to stress without actually memorizing infinity rules is listen-and-repeat exercises, and listening in general. There are words that are always stressed the same way (the same syllable no matter the case; there are not many words that fall into this category), and there are words that are stressed differently depending on case, so it’s probably best to keep that in mind when learning vocab! All words belong to kirčiuotės (like cases, but for stresses) - we have 4 of them. So depending on what kirčiuotė they belong to, words will be stressed in specific manner. To find out the kirčiuotė of a specific word you will have to check the dictionary, I’m afraid. Unless you have great intuition :D Jokes aside, kirčiuotės are determined by how pl. dat. and pl. acc. are stressed, so if that’s easier for you to remember it like that - go for it!
This helpful graph (that I made with ms paint; sorry it’s kinda bad) shows when the stress “jumps” to the beginning or the ending of the word – you can remember what type of words are like those shown here (they are categorized) and that way it should be easier to remember how to say what word. It looks like letter ‘M’ so that’s easy to remember!
