@mayohigan-orange replied to your post “Would you believe it if I said Eri could be just as terrifying as...”
that'd be incredibly rude though. Plus I'm already a ball of anxiety and already stressed out. HIS POWERS WOULD DO NOTHING TO ME

Eri is OP, he's just too nice
It was just yet another day, when you finished whatever you want today. The tengu headlines lately had been really... strange. Especially this one, which many people questioned.
‘Don’t trust anyone.’
See, there was a rumor of a ‘phantom’ lurking in Gensokyo. One which could make themselves look exactly like someone you know, such as your best friend, your parents, or your siblings.
Incidents were usually simple enough to follow. You could normally see what was the big event. A Scarlet Mist. An everlasting spring. Spirits flying about.
But this... was different. Everything looked the same as it was, but Gensokyo was filled with paranoia. Paranoia of accusing each other, to the point where everyone’s starting fights.
Many claim to know the identity of the ‘phantom’, but with fairies and youkai throwing false accusations or even just guessing, it’s hard to tell what’s real or what wasn’t. It doesn’t help that Yukari’s just being crypic as usual either.
... Come to think of it, your mom forgot about your favorite meal yesterday, didn’t she? That was a bit weird.
...
It was finally night time. You decide to get to bed.
It was then you turned around and found something peculiar.
... It was yourself, staring at you, exactly like a mirror.
This person has your voice, your looks, even scent. Everything, right down to your physical details.
This ‘person’ could even copy your personality, even the flaws you hate.
They stepped forward, looking right at you at the eye...
... And everything goes dark.
Good night.
PROFESSOR-PROFESSOR THERE IS A MAREEP. JUST IN MY KITCHEN. EATING MY FOOD. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, I THINK IT'S WILD WHY IS IT HERE I LIVE IN UNDELLA TOWN. HELP I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ELECTRIC TYPES.
That’s certainly a situation!
First, I think you should probably try to calm down. Startled mareep can and will discharge electricity, and you don’t want to get shocked-- they’re small, but they can pack a punch.
Presumably someone let it into your house, so next step would be figuring out who and how. There was a story a while ago about a farmer whose lillipup rounded up nine mareep and herded them into her kitchen-- you don’t have a lillipup, do you? It also might have been a neighbor playing a prank. Or simply a very determined and hungry mareep.
Next, you’ll have to decide what to do with it. The thing about wild pokémon is that once they’ve figured out a ready source of food, they don’t always want to leave, so even if you get it outside it still might try to come back. If you really don’t want a mareep, you can put it outside and see if it stays away; if it comes back, your best bet is to call pokémon control, and they’ll handle it for you. Alternatively, you could catch it and trade it for something you do want. If you do want to keep the mareep... enjoy your new teammate.

You are…. a person, in a photograph. The background doesn’t move, but you do… when people aren’t looking. You’ve explored the nooks and crannies of the sweeping landscape you’re in, sat down and made a daisy chain with the flowers there (you didn’t notice when the chain disappeared and the flowers seemingly unfurled in an instant). There’s a way out you can tell, just barely, in the distance, a hole no viewer’s eye can perceive. You’ve been in that photograph a long time. The world should tremble when you get out.
“Heartfelt” reunion
He had taken only a small nap to save up some strength and it was as if suddenly lady luck had found him and smiled upon him. He felt great, much better than before for some reason. It made him want to whistle a tune, but he abstained, preferring to have his approach be quiet. As Kenji made his way back to more crowded areas he found someone very, very familiar. It surprised him somewhat, as he had grievously injured him not too long ago. Then again, in this place everything was possible. He was dealing with very potent scientists who’re pulling the strings after all.
“Touya-kun?”
He couldn’t quite hide the surprise in his voice as he called out to the other. Kiryu Touya, his old fellow student, now sworn enemies. That last part didn’t really matter to Kenji right now. His surprise of seeing someone so familiar to him in a place like this got to him in a way. Well, it was that and the fact he had pretty much killed him prior to being sent here. He should discard thoughts about the latter, though.
“How interesting. I could have sworn that I had- Nevermind... “
And yet it still slipped out against his wishes, what an embarrassing error. Regardless, he continued.
“Of all the people that this humble self could have possibly encountered here it had to be you, Touya-kun. I suppose both of us were deemed valuable enough guinea pigs.”
He approached his old fellow with a slight hint of caution. He didn’t know how what kind of reaction he could get from someone still hellbent on getting revenge on him, so he deemed it best. A smile had started tugging on his lips; what an opportunity. Today was truly a day of phenomenal luck.
