cracks knuckles Alright let me see if I can hit at least most of the major ones (this is in a loose chronological order)

Nearly 2 shot by a giant bat (this was session 1)

Mauled by a dragon (1)

Heart ripped out (he got better)

Almost killed by Emero (he was being controlled by a hag at the time)

Beaten within an inch of his life (a not infrequent occurrence tbh)

Arrow in the eye

Crystal slime things

Disintegrated (it was an illusion but he definitely felt like he died)

Ghast fever (essentially zombie infection that almost got him)

Buzzsaws (I think)

Burned by dragon (2) (ancient this time)

Arrow through the chest

Sliced to ribbons in an arena fight (somewhat deserved, I did make a joke to the gladiator about being hard to kill)

Decapitated (the thing that actually stuck)

I did a loose doodle a while back with some of the more lasting scars. I figured things from critical hits/the heart removal would stick around as opposed to stuff that got healed by magical means.

Bonus points goes to the PCs and NPCs that he wound up killing by proxy.

Failed medicine check which damaged a character who was already on dying 2 (this was my 2nd session)

Moved out of the way of a stuck enemy so his only target was an already dying cleric (same player as before...)

Failed to talk down NPC from his spiral into madness and had to kill him

Death Aspirant indeed.
