Started writing a story inspired by some Finnish werewolf lore I read at Vapriikki museum, Tampere, Finland.
I realized I'd only read one book on Finnish werewolves, Sudenmorsian by Aino Kallas. So I loaned another Finnish werewolf books from the library.
I had to return the book, before finishing read it, but... it was a strange read (WTF the shelling of Mainila was done by two drunk soldiers in this fictional version??? Runeberg found a werewolf spell and wants a big strong wife to carry him to sauna...oh I get that) and I want to see what the hell happens next. Also the pet pig was cute.
Whatever is happening in the Portuguese government would make a good detective/action film and that's something I never thought I'd say. I'm eating popcorn while I'm watching government members act like they're in a detective novel while trying to get a hold of/destroy the information that is stored on a single computer. There's everything; a stolen computer as a way to preserve information and stop the minister for messing with the evidence, government members telling the TAP president what she should respond in a conference, the minister calling the police on the (fired) assistant who stole the computer and the police arriving and letting the assistant go instead of catching him...
oh…. oh, you have nothing to be sorry for.
you didn't do anything wrong.
Still not over these two. ;)
And then the world moves on, but one thing's for sure. Maybe I got 𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔢, but you'll all get 𝔶𝔬𝔲𝔯𝔰.
