So my boy here may say things IE that Xion's creation was intentional, because that's the logical assumption given what all Xemnas said. But don't think for a second he's not JUST as salty at Xemnas for calling Xion and it as he is at Saïx. Both of them calling her it is something he will randomly recall and get mad about.
