Dr. Jonathan Crane, Aka "Scarecrow."

A former professor and a doctor, took a liking to fear, created 'fear-toxin' to strike fear into victims to the brink of insanity! He's a Southern man who teached at Gotham, up until he was fired for gassing his classroom in fear-toxin. He's a quiet keep-to-self man, stands at around 6 foot in height. He's not too fond of the other rouges that invade Gotham, but he doesn't mind them, as long as they don't try anything funny with him and his fear-toxins.

A jolly good study session

After seeing @killhitlerart doing the request and being amazed by it (it's just so gosh darn adorable!!), I decided to try and colour it on my phone (first time I'm colouring properly on the phone, neat!).
