Baked Lemon Blueberry Doughnuts

There are always bananas 🍌 left over as mum and sis are the ones eating it. So, rather than discarding the overripe fruit, sis used the bananas to make this Cranberry Banana Bread (蔓越莓香蕉面包). Freshly out of the oven, the alluring aroma and the caramelized bread 🍞 makes for a delicious teatime snack. 😋

Baked a banana walnut dark chocolate loaf 🩵

I included the recipe by memory cuz I’m an angel

so

preheat 355

you’re gonna bake it for an hour

1 + 1/2 cup flour

1 tsp each: salt, baking soda and baking powder

Sprinkle cinnamon to liking

Whisk whisk whisk

A separate bowl,

bananas mush em up

eggs

1/2 cup of each: sugar, brown sugar, milk and warmed up butter

vanilla to your hearts desire

Incorporate dry ingredients with wet hehe

Mix it all up <3

Last I added dark chocolate chips and crushed up walnuts cuz I had both and why not

again, bake for an hour

Gochujang caramel cookies are my favourite
