This is a RP/IC blog for my D&D(ish - she's also been in Call of Cthulhu rpg, and is really from an original verse) OC and her patron.
IC posts in normal text (and tagged as "Ven posting") are from Ven, posts in large blue text (and tagged "RD posting") are from her patron! Also, if there's IC tag talk on a post/rb it's from Ven.
RD is short for "Radiant Destruction" but she has other names, including Radiance, Threnody, and a few other impressive-sounding names that she probably made up to scare people with. She's a Great Old One, from my original Lovecraft-inspired verse. She likes fire, blinding light, gore and violence, being cryptic and confusing, and thinking she's hot shit. She uses she/her, it/its, and they/them pronouns. She is horrible and I love her <3
I'm willing to interact with anyone, but I often get scared of bothering people with my OCs so if you Want to interact with Ven (or RD) you may have to be the one to initiate. Feel free to bother and annoy and upset Ven. She is a "chew toy" type of character <3

97. Does Astarion kill Cazador? Does he remain a vampire spawn or does he complete the ritual?
Timeline split moment~
Well first of all, yes, either way, Cazador very much does end up dead. In, uh, let's call it the main timeline, Athmoth convinces him to kill Cazador without taking part in the ritual. They gain a lot of vicarious catharsis from the whole experience.
In the Bloodsong timeline…
…they are doing so, so incredibly well. I'm sure becoming The Absolute to feel like you have equality in your relationship with your partner has no mental or emotional ramifications whatsoever. Definitely not a co-dependent and self-sabotaging relationship. (/S)

The best they can, yes. I honestly headcanon for this part that Athmoth proceeded to turn to Gale and whisper something along the lines of “Hey, you know chess”, because Athmoth…does not, haha. They have an aunt who does, but they are fully aware they themselves are bad at it.
31. What does your Tav think of the Underdark and the Myconids?
So, you want to know the ironic thing about Athmoth?
Athmoth has parasitophobia. As you might imagine, when the tadpole is placed into their eye, they react…well. It's something they're secretly panicking over the first few nights. Gaining new abilities and talking with the Dream Visitor helps assuage those fears a lot. By the beginning of Act 3, they're in full “these will help me evolve” mode (though they don't…eat…the parasites. More just absorb their knowledge)
That said. Mushrooms. Mushrooms are interesting territory. They're a bit less worried about those, and though they get rather on-edge around the corpses being taken over by mushrooms…all things concerned, they do alright.
Athmoth, being a half-elf, had never been to the Underdark before the adventure. Being well-traveled surface-wise doesn't completely translate to being well-traveled Underdark-wise. They're intrigued by the darkness and the glowing mushrooms, and then timmask spores explode on them and they gain a concerning amount of emotional stability from briefly losing their mind. In general? They find it quite lovely, atmosphere-wise. Also, travelling back down to visit the Underdark becomes pretty enjoyable when you're soon joined by a bunch of vampire spawn children you helped to free.

well i say that but this is everyone is at school au mode, so komaeda is Rude to hinata for being a reserve course student, at least at first

i didn’t screenshot stuff before this but komaeda makes vague statements about this being the last time he’ll be able to attend a party like this, and when hinata insists nanami would still invite him even after they graduate he says something like “oh of course she’d never forget me..” which hinata just takes to be more self-depreciating talk but uh... yeah he definitely means it in the context of he’s pretty sure he’s gonna die soon. thus the above statement
