I searched an it said mason/drywall but I don't know much about construction so it's still over my head

I know right? I had never heard that there was a difference until a few weeks ago... (I am a woodworker, everything with stone is a mystery)

But basically, masonry is when the put bricks on top of each other with something like cement in between, mostly used for outer walls. And the drywalls are lighter, almost in one piece things for non-supportive indoor walls.

The drywalls go up extremely quick and are way cheaper than the brick walls of course.
