Very recently my cat, Penny, had to be put down. She was very old and very ill, she couldn't even move any of her legs, she didn't deserve to suffer any longer.

Words cannot describe how much I love and miss her. Penny was more than just a pet to me, she was my sister and my best friend. My parents got her before I was even born, so I've never known a life without her.

Mourning her loss will not and never will be easy. But I know that she's in a better place now. 💚💚💚

I promise my posts after this will [hopefully] not be as bittersweet. But I just wanted to make a couple memorials for Penny, the best cat, best sister, and best friend that I could ever ask for.

Not to be that person, but I totally called Ruby fainting the moment she found out that Penny died after the fall.

In honor of Nuts and Dolts week, I'd like to make it known that while Ruby's love language is Words of Affirmation, her love language specifically with Penny is Physical Touch (mostly in the form of hugs) and I think that's just downright adorable ❤💚 🔩🥀
