who cooks meals for the other? the most obvious answer is caleb since cooking is his love language. from making her dinner on their very first date to teaching her in the kitchen, it's one of the countless ways he shows up for her in their relationship. did she order a meal-kit subscription at first bc she was wholly illiterate at grocery shopping? perhaps, but baby steps! once she gets the hang of cooking, she would absolutely return the favor by making meals for him too. and i can see caleb showing up at her door with an arm full of groceries and a bouquet of sunflowers just because. can also see him introducing her to the wonders of the farmer's market and making trips there on weekend dates (and including oli later on too).
who spams the other with memes? i don't think either of them are the type to spam memes, but caroline will send him the occasional post or reel when they're in the beginning stages of dating and text each other back and forth pretty often. most of them are ones that make her think of him ( x ) or something silly that'll make him laugh. she'd potentially make a side account on insta to post piano tutorials with a cover sprinkled in here and there, and since caleb likley doesn't use social media all that much, she'd send him her posts every now and then ( x ) - that is before he's the one behind the camera, recording her 🥰
who likes to tidy around the house? not sure why but i see this being caleb! and that he'd genuinely enjoying tidying things up (it's both the dad and the architect in him), whereas caroline views it as a chore. she'd much rather be tending to her garden or playing with watercolors, no doubt. she would probably turn cleaning into a game to make it fun (same as she does for her kindergartners, lol). and when she moves in with caleb and oli, caleb would incentivize her with certain... ahem, treats and it would work like a charm.
who likes to play pranks on the other? caroline and oli @ caleb, one thousand percent. and they're always so unserious (exhibit a: x - if caroline's baking skills ever get on that level, that is). caleb would plot his revenge and execute it so well bc they'd never see it coming.
who asked the other to move in with them? they would have discussed it together at length before officially taking that step, but i can see caroline tentatively broaching the subject at around the six month mark, maybe? and caleb being on board in an instant bc he's been ready to bring it up too but was waiting for her cue. esp since moving in with someone is a huge step for her and she's never considered living with someone until he came along :') they'd both be on the same page about wanting to (she'd probably have at least half her things at caleb's place atp) then it's mainly them working out logistics and timing!
who is in charge of the music during a car ride? ooh, this is hard bc i think their tastes in music would differ at first, but they'd gradually merge over time. caleb would be content to listen to her playlists, but caroline would also want to get to know his favorite music too and he'd put her onto some amazing artists and songs that had flown under her radar. i'd say since caleb usually drives, that caroline curates the car playlist, but it has both their favorite tunes on there.
who needs to hold the other during scary movies? no question, this would be caleb. he's forever her big spoon 🥰 although i don't think either of them are into the horror genre. caroline enjoys a good crime thriller every now, but doesn't like watching them alone, so he's there for emotional support. on the other hand, caleb's a big ol' softie and would get moved by peak romantic scenes, so caroline's there to cuddle and hold him during those.
