Mars brown, Green light, Green

mars brown; what’s a movie that always puts a smile on your face/makes you laugh? 

Too many to possibly name them all.  One that comes to mind for the former category is the film versionof The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.

green light; are you in a comfortable place in life? if not, what do you think might make it better? 

Not really.  No job, no GF, and very stuck at home.  I don’t know what could make it better.  (Well, I do, but it doesn’t seem very likely.)

green; name three countries you want to visit; do you have any actual plans in place to visit any of them? 

Canada, Scotland, Norway.  No money = no plans.  I can’t even afford to travel cross-country, let alone out of it.

Video game asks: 1,2,8,11

(Video Game Asks)

1. Name a game that is really important to you.

Super Metroid (SNES, 1994).  I’ve probably spent more time studying that game for shortcuts, and replaying to improve my speed, than even Descent.

2. Name a game that you liked, but wouldn’t recommend to others.

Well, not everybody goes for old-school games like I do.  These days it’s all about super-realistic, hyper-violent stuff, RPGs, or Pokémon. 😂

8. Name an older game that would you most like to see redone on today’s technology.

Descent (PC, 1995), of course; in fact, it already is! 😁😁😁  After a successful Kickstarter campaign earlier this year (which I, regrettably, did not remember to back), Overload is go, and available for pre-order!  It looks really good so far, and is definitely a good bump up in graphical quality from Descent 3.  (I talk a bit more about it here.)

11. Name a guilty pleasure game.

I... really can’t think of one?  The only guilt I ever have is when I’m playing a game instead of doing something more important. 😅
