New tats and Alec Benjamin!
I saw Alec Benjamin on his (un)commentary tour in Helsinki, Finland on Friday, 22nd of July with a friend. Such a good concert! We got merch and decided to wait outside for a little while in case Alec would like to come take pictures. And he did show up! He was in a rush so he took 4 group pictures like this with all of us who waited outside, jumped over some paving and walked off into the night and to a taxi. He later posted about him babbling to a kitty he found in some shop window at Helsinki. :D Blurred other faces bc, you know, idk them and I don't have permission to post their faces. Me on the left and my friend on the right. The girl behind us we got to know pretty well. But!!! Alec!! (my face lmao, but this was the best pic)
We also met the bassist and guitarist and chatted with them for a bit and took pictures. :)
Now, inspired by Dream and Alec's song 'Change My Clothes', me and afore mentioned friend decided to get "it's worth it to make some mistakes. you miss all of the shots that you don't take" tattooed on us. :D The entire song really spoke to both of us and this particular bit stuck with us. Yes, it's a song lyric but it's also beautifully said and a good reminder that I feel like I sure need in my life because I get very scared of failure and often feel like I'll never be what I want to be. But it's worth it to make some mistakes! You miss all of the shots that you don't take. ☺️ My friend has a different font and pacing but I think that just makes it even more fun that they're not absolutely identical. Also tattoos are fucking cool and it was fun to get it with someone 🥳

This has been sitting in my drafts for weeks because while I've been suuuper busy I also procrastinate a lot :D this pic was immediately after I came home and it's healed up completely by now but I'm too lazy to take a new pic even though my hair is nicer now lol.
I'm just very happy with my new tattoo. :)
