⌆ Betsy doesn't get..nervous? She managed to get a cap on that ages ago, but a habit, if it could even be called that at this point, is that she tends to train a little...too much when something is on her mind. She'll say that working it out physically helps her resolve it, some would say that she does it to ignore things.

⏀Her usual smile is faint and polite, so it can often be regarded as fake or distant. There's a very small pool of people she'd genuinely grin or laugh with.
