✌️✌️✌️ yes yes yes!! lewis in the au is fiercely protective of george (and charles!) he’s the epitome of i support the merc boys’ rights but especially their wrongs lmao
there won’t ever be a version of lewis in this au that wouldn’t protect and defend george, no matter their animosity at the start of the fic — ultimately, there was a time when they were both incredibly in love and for lewis that has to, and will always, count for something.
but he won’t stand for mercedes being embarrassed; george makes some pretty questionable decisions throughout the fic that lewis (rightly) doesn’t tolerate, but it’s george pushing limits and pushing back against lewis primarily rather than anything else.
so it does come as a shock when he watches the latest series of drive to survive (because of course he watches that back) to see lewis low-key not trying very hard to stop his smirk when he’s questioned about george ignoring team orders, and again when lewis defends him when horner directs thinly veiled ‘safety concerns’ about ‘certain drivers’ performances’ that is most definitely a dig at george. lewis shuts it down immediately in a storm of rarely displayed, genuine anger, and george feels like the air has been sucked out of his lungs when he sees the playback because he definitely isn’t worthy of that reaction, not realising that to lewis he’s worth it all
did i say ‘there was a time’ when they were genuinely in love? lmao who are we kidding
as for charles, lewis remembers what ferarri did to him during the ‘22 season, remembers the disappointment and the failure and the general clownery, of how charles was let down over and over again. but charles is mercedes now and lewis takes that shit PERSONALLY
of course in private he’ll address issues in his own ways, but in the media pen and in the paddock they’re his boys and he’ll defend them, always!!!! this went on a complete tangent LMAO but ty for allowing me to just…….. talk idk if any of this makes any sense 😘✌️

hi ! i don’t have the psd i used for my icon ( tbh i made it quickly at work heh ) but i’m gonna try to recreate it and leave a little tutorial.
down below you are gonna find a tutorial to recreate this icon:
* file size: i usually make them 96 x 96 px but it’s up to you the size you wanna give to your icon. heh !
* shape : for the shape you can use an image or a shape in ps
( i use whatever i’m in the mood, honestly ). you can also use a png, here’s the heart i used, but you can find more icons right here ( x ). * make sure to download it as a PNG ! and drag it to your file.
* to change the color, select the layer and go to f(x) and click on color overlay.
* once you have the color you want select the layer, right click and select rasterize layer style. this is very important, otherwise you wont be able to make the next step.
* use the image you want and use a clipping mask so it will fit the image’s shape. ctrl+alt+g (windows) / command+option+g (mac)
* then proceed to select the icon layer, and click the f(x) option.
for the glow i select the outer glow option.
* my ps is in spanish but you get the idea. these are the values i use, but you can play with them.
* select inner shadow.
* stroke.
save it for web, in a PNG format and that’s pretty much it !

my favourite game mystery is probably TRN!! i am completely in love with frank and joe lol and for me that game is so quintessentially nancy drew! a close second is DED.
my favourite nancy drew book is probably one of the case file ones LOL umm probably till death do us part? i remember nancy being really really petty and ned being like 😎😎😎 and the ending was so overdramatic. i loved those books so much (i probably shouldn’t have read them when i was like eight but it’s okay lol)
my favourite comic mystery is probably either the big lie (because frank, joe, and nancy are the holy trinity!) or the haunted dollhouse from the original papercutz series. very iconic!
