“...Ah. You’re interested in studying physics?” They couldn’t help notice Oscar’s book. Really, anyone studying in a family this chaotic had to be admirable. Having suddenly been dragged to this place by the theater kid still made it awkward to interact with her siblings, but... Hopefully they were used to their antics by now. (They wouldn’t know, not having siblings. Even if it’s hectic, it seemed nice.)
Hoping he doesn’t bring up the incident and hesitantly taking a seat near him, they smile mischievously. Maybe reading through a majority of their uncle’s old books would prove useful after all. “I may not seem like it, but I know quite a bit. If you wish, perhaps you could test your knowledge with me?” It’d be beneficial to themselves, too. They didn’t really have any friends. Or someone to study with. I mean, why else would you let someone drag you home?
This was the perfect opportunity to get to know someone. And maybe have someone to complain about Kaoru to. Goodness, they feel lucky they were invited to visit again.
