Who initiated the first kiss: regina, probably. ruby was probably nervous twofold to make the first move, because even if she likes regina, what she did to peter still haunts her. regina’s not exactly guilt-free either, though, so it still probably took a while.
Who kisses the other awake in the morning: regina, mostly because she’s almost always awake earlier. ruby definitely gets her revenge on the rare occasion that she’s up first. though.
