Send a 😳 for your muse to teach mine how to do something and take a hands on approach @Venus — yeah they haven’t met yet but...!!
“You really have to lean into it.” The base felt more lively with Vartouhi in their ranks, it was no longer just a hibernation hub. Venus laughed softly as the dart hit the floor once again, racing forward to pick up the few that had landed there. “It’s an art, it takes lots of practice.” She quick to reassure, bundling up the magnetic pieces and returning back to the females side.
It had been a few weeks since they met, the process they had filed for the lost princess had been a long one. Venus had come to admire the girls strength, staying up to talk to her on nights off, or checking in on rounds. They all went the extra mile, knowing to an extent how it must have felt to feel like you were the only one in the galaxy.
Sadly, it was no stranger to them.
Working outside their five galaxy stretch was problematic at best. Andromeda was a mighty system that rejected most of the outsider realms. It had it’s own internal problems, making it difficult to extend a hand to the smaller surrounding galaxies.
“Okay, let’s try this again.” With one hands placed on Vartouhi’s hip, she mimics the motion of throwing the dart with the other. “Focus on the centre, breathe into it.” A hand closes over Touhi’s own, helping guide her away from sending another dart into their floors. Together they move, Venus aiding in sending the dart towards the lit up rings. It may not hit the centre but at least it hit the board.
“Let go of that tension in your shoulders. You don’t need to carry the weight of the world right now. You’ve got this.”
