Yes, I am indeed Beidou main. And the way they built her? For the trial run? WHAT THE FUCK? NO SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FUCK?

I played it an hour ago and as a Beidou and Xinyan main, I'm fucking appalled. Like, trial run builds usually piss me off but man, they did my girl so dirty.

First of all, they put her on 4pc Thundering Fury. That's fine if you're running a sub DPS Beidou on a reaction team since the 4pc set buffs reactions. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, THEY JUST GAVE HER A KAEYA FOR RECHARGE. YOU'RE NOT GONNA BE PROCCING SUPERCONDUCT THAT OFTEN, even with Kaeya's ult up. She's much better on 2pc Thundering Fury and 2pc Gladiator for the extra atk buff on top of the electro dmg bonus.

Second, the sword??? Royal Greatsword?? I've got her on Prototype Archaic and it works much better. Crit rate is all well and good but Archaic gives her 240% AoE dmg on half of her hits, which is sexy as hell for a main carry. And, given how dismal her damage is in the trial run, I sincerely doubt her artifact set does anything sexy for her crit dmg itself.

[I just checked. 57% CR and 91.9% CD??? WHAT??? These are higher values than my Beidou and yet she's doing shit for damage in the trial. Across the board, their Beidou has better stats and yet I don't know how they broke her so badly.]

THIRD, AND I DON'T KNOW THE FUCK WHY, something was fucking wrong with her tidecaller? Maybe it's because I have a C4 Beidou with lv 12 tidecaller, but shit, even perfectly timed tidecallers were doing shit for damage. EXCUSE ME, I CAN HIT 30K ON A WELL-TIMED TIDECALLER WITHOUT BENNY AND YOUR TRIAL BEIDOU IS DOING A WHOLEASS 6k DMG? Bullshit, I do that just by spamming the tidecaller button without doing full counter properly.
