Aha that moment when you're feeling rlly ignored and alone and you need to cry but you have a headache bc you arent properly hydrated so your head starts hurting at you just tearing up and also your ulcer is still a thing that you have to live with and you feel nauseous 24/7 so you're in Constant Pain
