So glad that for once my birthday was not one of the hottest days of the year! We got rain! This never happens - it was great! :D

#it was a mixed bag of a day #I have been very weepy #idk if it’s to do with grandad #or hormones #or stress about mum #mum and I were very grumpy towards each other and then I would tear up because I didn’t want her to think I was ungrateful #but it was a nice evening #even if it wasn’t the best #and I got myself a ruben sandwich for lunch (which made me late for class but it was worth it!)#the cafe was near my old house and the lady at the counter still remembered me!#two of my best friends remembered my birthday and one of them trekked over before work to just delivery my present <3 #so I felt very loved #and my singing teacher played happy birthday to me on the piano #and I heard from some friends I haven’t chatted with in a while #which felt very special #so not the best day #but a really nice day <3 #devasted I didn’t hear from someone who never forgets #but that’s really out of character for them so I’m going to check on them tomorrow and make sure they’re okay #but for now I just need to wait for the washing machine to finis #*finish #and then tea #and then bed #fuck and also physio and ot #THEN bed

every time I see someone younger than 16 in the UTDR fandom (which is fairly often these days) I feel like that guy who’s like “how do you do fellow kids”
